After reviewing my posts for the year, and considering the fact that I was traveling the entire year, I was rather surprised to find that there were 30 posts related to genealogy and family history. It wasn't difficult at all to pick out the
- Ohio Research :: Joslin in Delaware County – newspaper articles and an old gravestone.
- It was a long time coming... An eleven year old query on Aquilla Hoff and Eliza Dunfee finally netted some results.
- A Day with a Distant Cousin! A meeting with another descendant of John Bray.
- He was a Rascal... A biography of my grandfather, Charles Wilson Wiseman.
- The series of six posts on Shiloh National Military Park that spotlighted the 9th and 44th regiments of Indiana Volunteer Infantry.
- Dad and the 511th was a re-post from 2007 about my father and his service during WWII.
